Daylight Transport earns the 2024 Mastio Quality Award and is Recognized as #1 Overall LTL Carrier

Daylight Transport is proud to announce its recognition as the top overall LTL carrier in 2024 and the Mastio Quality Award recipient. This prestigious award is based on extensive surveys conducted by Mastio, a company widely regarded as the voice of the customer in the LTL industry.  The award reflects Daylight Transport’s exceptional service, industry-leading transit times, and customer focus.

For two decades, Mastio has surveyed shipping customers to understand what matters most to them and how carriers perform across key service areas. Daylight Transport has consistently used this feedback to improve and exceed customer expectations.

This is the third time Daylight Transport has earned the top overall spot since 2017, and the sixth time Daylight Transport has earned the top inter-regional carrier during that time.

Daylight Transport not only secured the top spot in the Mastio rankings but also earned an impressive Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 92.0%.
